What is Animworkshop and what will I learn there?

Animworkshop is an advanced animation course in which we will focus on acting and advanced facial animation.

The workshop lasts 12 weeks.

Everything is online, so you can learn without leaving your home.

You will receive feedback on your plan once a week. Your assignments are due on Sundays, and your tutor will reviewyour plan. Your tutor will have until Wednesday to return yourreviewedwork to you.
Yes. In additionto offline reviews, you will have a weekly online session with your tutor where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.In additionto answering any questions you may have, the tutor can use this time to give you feedback or explain a lesson.
From the tutors we have confirmed for each call, you can send us your preference, and if they have places available, you will be able to do the workshop with them.
The syllabus is essentially geared towards teaching you how to construct an actingplan from the character's point of view. During the lessons, we will explain how to construct a character and use it to create interestingacting.In additionto lessons on character development, you will have lessons on advanced facial animation, polishing,workflow, andmore.
You will be able to communicate with your tutor through our chat platform or via email, and you can ask them any questions you may have.
The base price of the workshop is 1,190 Euros.
In order to reserve your place, we need to review your reel. Please send it to us without obligation using the admission form or to our email address info@animworkshop.com. If thereviewof yourreelis positive, you can reserve your place. The reservation fee is €200 and is non-refundable. Obviously, this €200 will be deducted from the total price ofthe workshop.
Full payment is due no later than one month before the start of the workshop.
If we consider that you are not currently at the required level for the workshop, that's absolutely fine. Keep working and you can reapply in the future. We will be happy to review your work as many times as necessary.

For six weeks, take advantage of receiving feedback on a test you are working on or want to start with the tutor of your choice. Sessions are held once a week at the contracted time and time slot. Sessions last approximately one hour, during which the tutor will try to divide the review time equally among the participants.

Admission

To ensure that you will get the most out of the workshop, we need to review your demo reel and assess your level. Basically, we want to see that you have a good grasp of the principles of animation and that your mechanics are solid enough for you to tackle the workshop with confidence.

1 Submit your Reel

We will review your demo reel and assess whether you have the necessary level to get the most out of the workshop and make the most of each stage of the process.

2 Feedback

After our evaluation, we will give you detailed feedback on your reel. If we do not recommend that you take the workshop, you can try again at a later date.

3 Reserve

If we believe that you can fully benefit from the workshop, we will tell you how to reserve your place. You can choose between our tutors according to your preference.
