Terms and conditions of purchase


On-Demand Online Courses

  1. Purpose
    These terms and conditions govern the purchase of and access to the on-demand digital online courses
    offered by Animworkshop SL.
  2. Purchase process
    Purchases are made online through secure payment platforms. After payment confirmation
    , the user gains immediate access to the digital content.
  3. Nature of digital content
    The courses consist of intangible digital content that is immediately accessible, without
    physical support or personalized services.
  4. Right of withdrawal
    According to Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not be applicable once access to the digital content has begun, provided that the user has expressly consented to such immediate execution and the loss of their right.



  5. Returns and Refunds Policy No returns or refunds are accepted, except for technical problems attributable to the platform or obvious billing errors.
  6. Access and use
    Access is personal and non-transferable. The redistribution, resale, or reproduction of the content of
    without express authorization is prohibited.
  7. Intellectual property
    All content is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to
    Animworkshop SL or its authors.
  8. Responsibility
    The courses are for training purposes. Animworkshop SL does not guarantee specific results
    derived from their application.
  9. Applicable legislation
    These conditions are governed by current Spanish and European legislation.

Admission

To ensure that you will get the most out of the workshop, we need to review your demo reel and assess your level. Basically, we want to see that you have a good grasp of the principles of animation and that your mechanics are solid enough for you to tackle the workshop with confidence.

1 Submit your Reel

We will review your demo reel and assess whether you have the necessary level to get the most out of the workshop and make the most of each stage of the process.

2 Feedback

After our evaluation, we will give you detailed feedback on your reel. If we do not recommend that you take the workshop, you can try again at a later date.

3 Reserve

If we believe that you can fully benefit from the workshop, we will tell you how to reserve your place. You can choose between our tutors according to your preference.
